Yes, there is a shuttle to the strip. It drops Hoff at Harra's . It picks up at Wyndham on the hour. I believe the last shuttle back to Wyndham picks up at 9:30 pm. Best bet for the airport is an Uber or Lyft.

No, it's a time-share and unfortunately because of irresponsible pet owners I'm sure they wouldn't want pets doing their business and leaving the smell...not saying your animal would but I'm sure you know there are too many irresponsible pet owners hope you can find a good place that would accept the pet.

Sadly, the lots around the buildings are small and barely accommodate a regular truck. However, if you can park at Harrah's you can catch the shuttles to the resort. They have a ton of shuttles that run back and forth all day. As long as you are staying as a guest you can use them.
