Yes, the pools were open last weekend when we were there.
The Elara is getting their act together according to our owners board regarding improvements to the outdoor pool just off the lobby. I can't answer for February, it was certainly do able but we didn't go into the water, my wife has restrictions due to health. I would call and ask but we were comfortable with the weather, it was unusually warm, until we left. G
