I never write reviews but I’m sitting in my car while typing this out because I’m shocked and grossed out by the way I was treated today. The rude older woman that tends the self checkout area needs some customer service training and an attitude adjustment😒. I had clearance items that weren't ringing up in the system at all, so the screen prompted that an employee would come help me. I turned to her and smiled, and she just gave me the dirtiest look ever and rolled her eyes. She walked up to me slowly, didn’t acknowledge me, and seemed so irritated that she had to help me. Just stood there and typed in her numbers angrily, all while heavily sighing and crossing her other arm. I told her that I could run back to where I got the clearance item from and take a pic of the display and barcode because there were a lot of them. I suggested it because she was having trouble searching it up on her Zebra device. She stood there, stared at me in silence for a couple of seconds and said “well hurry up and go do it then” with a stank attitude. All while giving me a dead and disgusted look. After doing that, she types in her code and walks away without even saying a word. She goes back to her little area, crosses her arms, and stares at me and other customers in disgust. Literally the fifth bad experience I’ve had with workers at this North Saint Paul Location. But today’s encounter was the worst I’ve ever felt. Never coming back to this location again.

Target has always been my go to! I love that everything is in one place! I have been going to the Target in North St. Paul since I was in junior high. So almost 30 years!!! It’s always a great experience

Fantastic open layout and lovely displays with fabulous products make this store feel very bougie. However the prices are the same wonderful deals that you love. Moreover, the staff were fantastic! During my 30 minute visit, I was greeted or offered assistance by at least 4 employees. I also had an online order to pick up. The young man that helped me didn't seem overwhelmingly enthusiastic about his job, but he jumped to help me right away and delivered my bag ridiculously fast. I wish I lived nearby. I've been to Targets all over the U.S. This was the best Target ever.

What is going on at this location and the NSP police?? I used to use the drive up service a couple times a week and there is almost always at least one cop here, why? Is this location unsafe? Simple shoplifting can't be the cause, every Target deals with that and the multiple other stores I frequent don't have cops camped there all day long.... So what's the deal? Have there been violent crimes at the NSP parking lot that the community should be made aware of?? Why are cops hanging out here if there is no imminent threat, don't they have better things to do? Cops have proven themselves to be a dangerous threat to normal people like you and I. I don't feel comfortable frequenting this store anymore. I know I'm just one person yelling into the wind, but I won't be the one caught in their crossfire at least. I think people should be aware for their own safety. Really bad optics, Target. It's time for the swine to find a new patch of mud elsewhere.
