We got over a foot of snow inside 24 hours. Even the roads are still dangerous. A partially plowed parking lot should be the least of your worries.
I know the plows are doing things as fast as they can and the syreets ate always first priority hopefully they will get the lot soon
24 hours of steady falling, blowing and drifting snow is difficult to plow with so many cars in the lot.
Target does not have anything to do with the parking lot itself. That is owned and operated by the city.
They are trying their best. The better question is if you bvb think it's so dangerous why are you out in it? The more cars in the lot the harder it is to plow.
