Our unit at Sligo Station Condominium, 601 Hudson Ave, has had a water leak in the kitchen for weeks and a water shutoff is needed by Nick and Metropolis to make the repair. But he has not responded to numerous phone calls or emails. This directly impacts all unit owners has the kitchen faucet has had a continuous leak for weeks while Nick and Metropolis can't find the two minutes to respond to coordinate a shutoff and repair. Definitely avoid this company if you can! Wish I could give Zero stars!

I have delt with them once. A certified letter was sent to them and signed for about a tree issue outside my property line on property to be controlled by the hoa and have not heard any type of response and has been almost 3 weeks at this point. It is almost as if they do not care.

Hi Mary!! Sorry to hear you are having issue with repairs. I can advise all repairs are based and determined by board decisions only. Management cannot make or approve repairs without board approval. Might I suggest emailing your manager for the board to review the urgency. In many cases the board members review on an as needed basis and if the repairs are the HOA responsibility. Please reach out to your manager with an email they can forward to your board so you can get a quicker response and/or approval. Hope that helps.
