This store's a hidden gem. I shopped here for Halloween costumes and in the past 3 years have found a Bumble Bee, 1920's Flapper, this year a Bat. Thanks Party Depot. Costumes are also very affordable.

Masks are required upon entering the store. This place is also not as crowded so no issue with social distancing, however, it's most likely enforced at the balloon and checkout counter. Employees are wearing masks themselves.
