Went in for what should’ve been a quick fix - a headlight bulb change. Despite having an appointment, service center took 1+ hour to give me a report on the condition of my car (not what I wanted or asked for) and then another hour to replace two bulbs. First, I’ve had my headlights changed twice before and it’s never taken more than 30 minutes. Second, I took the list of repairs provided to me for a second opinion at another shop because 1) one item on the list I had done to my car 2 months ago and 2) it’s just a practice I normally follow for myself to get more information on repairs I truly need. At the second shop, they ran through some tests with me observing only to show and explain to me how some items listed weren’t needed at all. They were even baffled that the service center would recommend the fix, assuming that it was a scam. Not only that, they would fix the legitimate repairs for cheaper, citing the cost of parts being more than 50% less than what the dealership service center estimated. Be warned: If you go to this shop, definitely go get yourself a second opinion and compare the list of services your car needs.
