Stopped here for the night on our trip to Key West. It was a very nice place with nice people. Would absolutely stay here again.

This our second month here, July and August. With electricity, its just under $800. They are doing all new tiled pads and have about 6 finished. Full resort is far from complete. More than likely the price will be increased.
About average for this area and time of year. No maximum length of time that I remember. There are permanent residents.

Yes they do have monthly rates. It's actually cheaper that way. Great place to stay! Really enjoyed our time there!
