It's currently 10am to 3 pm (Covid-19 hours and locations can be verified on the Goodwill Sacramento Valley/Northern Nevada website).
I think so. Ive always figured if u drop it off... they'll take it. Even if it's not when they may be "accepting" dropoffs.
