This Bangladeshi lady (PARWAN) who is very rude, not well disciplined and don't have a customer relation etiquette is not worthy and deserving on her post to deal with customers. Since she has a big body and high pitched and very loud voice she should be assigned to section who carries and downloading big boxes. I would like to say big thank you to REBECA for the help. I really admired of your professionalism.

The fat black lady with super long nails who works at the counter has a nasty attitude. You smile and try to be friendly and she just glares at you and continues with her nasty attitude. Maybe if she took some pride in her appearance and brushed her hair and filed down her 7 inch long neon nails, she’d feel better about herself and have a better attitude.

Remember this name: REBECA. She’s very rude. I came to her service counter because she was the only one working, I greeted her with a hello and a smile, but she rolled her eyes. I just asked for a receipt for my package with a prepaid label, but she seemed so irritated that I asked for help. There were literally no other customers. Not sure what she’s going through, but she need to leave that nasty attitude outside work. If you’re wondering what she look like, she has brown hair, orangey-tan skin, and with an accent. Her ugly looks matches her ugly attitude very well.

What an awful place to have to go into. Last week I had a package I had to mail. I’ve been here before and the clerks were extremely rude to the point you say good morning when you walk up to the counter and they will NOT Acknowledge you said anything. But last week I had the pleasure of walking up to PREVIAs counter. I set my package on the counter before I could get a word out of my mouth and I quote she said What is this? I can’t do anything with this!! She slung the package at me and threw a label at me. I said wow that’s how you treat people? She said you are not ready I CANt help you. The her supervisor walked out she continue to say I don’t know what her problem is over and over. I told the supervisor to watch the video recording above her he’d that would show everything. I was so upset to think long ago if you had a job at the post office it was an honor not a problem. It was a secure future and you did everything you could to hold onto it. I got back in line and seen the supervisor she defined this behavior I said to her why are people so nasty to the customer here? She said they were not. I said well everything starts at the top!! She gave me a Survey to fill out on line witch I know typically goes back to the management at the store. I told her to watch the video again and she responded there is no need. At this point I decided to not use the post office anymore for mailing things. I will go to a local owned shipping store and pay top dollar not to have to be treated this way.
