I don’t normally write reviews, but I wanted to share my customer service experience with potential customers. I cannot speak to the actual technical service they provide as they Have never called me back for assistance. I called to schedule service with a marine technician and was told by Randall that he would check availability and would call me back. After three days, I called back to confirm I was still interested in scheduling a service. Again, I spoke with Randall and he said he would check with his technicians and call me back. It has now been seven days since my original phone call and I have yet to have a service scheduled. I find it very disappointing that a Company as large as Ring power cannot provide a simple return call. For those of you interested in using Ring power Palm Bay I would not have high expectations of customer service.

Palm Bay Ring power calls themselves a Authorized Gomaco dealer. They don’t know jack about Gomaco machines and it seems everyone starting with the manager Craig could careless about learning anything at all. So beware of Palm Bay ring power. Be sure that if you do buy from them. My advice do your research yourself call the corporate main office in Iowa and speak to a technician that will help you find the right part numbers. That way you can do Craig and his store employees job and be able to avoid a restocking fee for a part they looked up and they ordered for you from the Iowa location and somehow made it your fault that they are too lazy to do their job right as a Authorized Gomaco dealership. Call the Orlando ring power if you don’t want to get ripped off. Update: After speaking with Craig today I feel more satisfaction about the situation I experienced. The situation was resolved and He assured me that the matters would be addressed to his fullest ability.I appreciate a lot that he reached out to me. As a result I feel that Craig understood my thought and concerns completely.

They always thought a job sometimes they don't finish it exactly right most of the time that I've bought trucks there I've had to bring them back after getting them fixed because they haven't fixed it right but all in all they do a good job I would give him a 5-star rating but they don't deserve it cuz they don't double check what they work on
