I normally go with a competitor, but after researching the product online and reading the review I decided to give George's a shot. I was not disappointed. Not only did they have what I wanted in stock, but they reached out to me via email, text, and phone to assist me through the process and let me know they were there if I needed them. Shipping was super fast, I think I received my drum kit in 2 days tops. I received a call from Tim K after the merchandise was delivered just to follow up about my experience and to offer and tips and/or services needed with my purchase or just to ask about anything drum related. It turns out I also work with 2 former employees who had nothing but good things to say. I am glad I made the decision to trust George's.

I am impressed and please with both the hands-on service and the Boss DR-01S Rhythm Partner Drum Machine that I bought. Tim Kamak, my account manager, called me after the purchase to introduce himself and let me know that the item was on its way. He then called back after I had some time to get acquainted with the DR-01S to see if everything was going well. He took the time to inquire about my music interests and to get to known each other. His call was meaningful because it was not just a "business as usual" type of call. It was friendly. Although there is not much I plan to buy right now, I know that I will turn to George's to check out their inventory. As for the Boss DR-01S Rhythm Partner Drum Machine, it is exactly what I had hoped for. I mainly write music and play my own songs for fun at home. The Drum Machine serves me well in terms of sound quality as well as ease of use. It certainly enhances my enjoyment when playing. I next plan to record some tracks, using the Boss DR-01S Rhythm Partner Drum Machine as a foundation.
