I would give this place zero stars if I could! This office is terrible! I came in as a new patient for a teeth cleaning, I had to wait almost 2 hours to be brought back for my appointment but Jeremy who did my cleaning was awesome! I’ll never talk bad about him he really saved the office that day! But as far as the front desk staff and management UGHHHHH they are so rude catty and always on their phones! They never scheduled any of my follow up appointments I was told they would reach out regarding scheduling me at another location for some work I needed! They never followed up but they called me 5 times while at work to tell me I had a balance of, GET THIS, $18 dollars. Which I planned to pay on my follow up visit that I made without their help! I then tried to call to reschedule my appointment and spoke with the practice manager who also claimed I could not complain on her behavior because she’s as high up on the ladder as it gets and in her words “no one is above me” she was extremely passive aggressive and told me that they were booked over 2 months out which I find hard to believe with the patient care I received I couldn’t imagine they have actual returning patients! Please be careful, they will leave you in the waiting room and on hold and never follow up with you but they will blow your phone up for a balance less than 20 bucks! I have switched to the dental bar they are extremely committed to keeping their patients happy and have been such a pleasure to work with after dealing with this terrible establishment!

Marvelous staff and Dentist. Jean, Mattie, Dr. Garlisi, Damaris, Eboni, and everyone else treats their patients with care and understanding. Dr. George Solier was my Go To Dentist, and he's joined this practice, and the transition has been superb. Highly recommended for all your dental needs.

I cannot say enough positive comments about Mount Vernon Center for Dentistry. I have been a patient here for over two decades. Eileen is a phenomenal hygienist. I look forward to seeing her twice a year and catching up with her. I have had a root canal and crowns with Dr. Mady. He is a wonderful and gentle dentist. The staff makes you feel like a family member. Everyone in the office is a true professional.

I absolutely love this dentists office! We live about 40 minutes away, but were so impressed with Dr. Garlisi from a previous practice that I decided to follow him here. He has the most gentle touch and takes time to explain things to you. Everyone from the office staff, to the dental assistants to the dentists are so kind and so down to earth and so joyful that I actually look forward to coming here! They all seem to like each other too, so there’s just a great vibe here. Highly recommended!
