This Gamestop NEVER answers the phone when I call and they barely have many people they are helping in person for a long period of time, I call multiple times. I have tried various times to save gas trips to Gamestop because currently Oil/Gas for driving has gone up to $6-7 a gallon in California due to the War for Ukraine/Russia. I live 25 minutes away from Gamestop, and I decided to move to my other house to be closer walking distance to everything close by. The current Staff of the date of this post, made me really uncomfortable. I am unsure if they had someone rob their store recently. These guys were watching me like a Hawk and asking me questions every 1-2 minutes of what I am doing or up in my face close by acting like I am going to do something. They rarely carry steam cards - and usually carry the $100 ones for when I wanted to buy some as well for a friend as a small gift. Once I tried to leave the door they gave me a rude remark and said "yeah other side of the door" and gave me a passive aggressive response of "have a good day" leaving a rude tone of voice - which left a very uncomfortable vibe. As a guy like myself, who works in a studio and makes more money than these guys do honestly. Just wants to relive their Childhood and help their friends out in need. This Gamestop is really unprofessional out of many I been with. - I am only writing this Review so someday they improve or realize this is not acceptable or professional by any standards to do or accuse or suspect someone - that is called Discrimination of character/ image.

A small store but they have a lot of video games, consoles and other neat stuff. They also have used video games that are less expensive and staff that usually knows what you're talking about whether you're an expert, pro or amateur.

Took their last 2 OLED switches when we got there was so pleased with their customer service. They were friendly and funny.

David was AMAZING! The best customer service around. We could tell her enjoyed his job. Very personable and knowledgeable! 10/10 recommend his customer service!
