Got my phone screen fixed due to just a simple crack from dropping it, 2 days after it got fixed my phone randomly started to turn off completely then would turn on by its self showing 0% battery, multiple times in a hour at random times… Went in to see what they could do because i have NEVER had issues with my phone battery and was practically told that it was my own battery and nothing on their part when this issue occurred for the first time ever after getting my phone fixed… The guy I talked to, believe his name was Josh, did not seem interested at all in what i was saying and I felt like he wasn’t listening to me whatsoever just trying to blame it on me/acting like I didn’t know what I was talking about… really disappointed, i understand mistakes are made we are all human, but to feel like i wasn’t even listened to and pushed aside was really upsetting, also saw another review with the similar problem…

I had gotten my screen replaced here awhile back and at first I was happy with the result. Fast forward to the present, suddenly my phone won't turn on. I just went to a different shop to get my phone fixed and the tech who worked with me asked if I had previously had the screen replaced. Turns out, when I got phone fixed at this location they didn't put any adhesive on the battery. This caused my battery to move around inside my phone and broke the connecting cable to the motherboard. Putting adhesive on the battery is an industry standard and takes about 5 minutes to do. These people are Samsung Certified but failed to follow simple protocol, which costed me an additional $108 to get it fixed elsewhere. Cant imagine what else they might cut corners on...

Sure they installed a new battery in my phone, but they forced me to sign up for Asurion + home care ($25/month) and told me I could cancel anytime. I tried to cancel but have continued to be charged for 4 months.I really did not want this service but uBreakFix told me I HAD to do it.

I was in Rochester visiting my 91 year old father who has a habit of carrying his phone in his pockets. He was having trouble charging his phone. I suspected lint in the charge port. Sure enough that was the case. The very friendly and helpful staff, quickly cleared the port and sent us on our way. They said it was a quick fix for them and said the service was free! Very kind. Highly recommend the very capable staff for good service.

Yes they can fix it. They open at nine a.m. just stop by either Rochester location and they will get you up and running.
