Made an appointment for my wife to get her Galaxy S22 Ultra screen replaced here thru our insurance for $30. With little to no communication they had to keep her phone overnight (when we were initially told same day), then when the device was picked up they charged an additional $70 for a broken pixel, again with no prior communication of the upcharge and the work had already been done, essentially holding her phone hostage until we paid the additional money. Will NEVER give these guys any slack again, apparently you have to hold their hand and ask them about your transaction like a toddler.

NOT HAPPY! Just had my screen repaired, picked up my phone, walked next door to grab my daughter saw some spots on the bottom of my screen took it back literally 2 minutes later and they said that was impact damage. CROOKS. Never going back again!

This place is an apple only place. Brought a few different devices for various repairs from screen crack, to watch battery replacement. Each time we were told sorry they can't repair it. All devices were less than 2 years old. Just YouTube the repair videos and do it yourself. These places are like cheap mechanics they only repair what's really easy and what most people can do at home. If its something more complex take it to a professional place, not the jiffy lube of tech places.

They repaired shattered glass on my new 2020 8th gen IPad, had it in stock and was completed within 24hrs. It’s pricey but still less than Apple store. So far so good.
