OK, so this is what I call a top-notch business. Very pleasant and friendly face greets clients as they come in. I explained the issue I was having with my iPhone and was immediately advised of the repair and cost. I was told it might take about an hour for the repair to be completed. Less than an hour later, I’m walking out of the door with my phone working like new. Definitely a business I will be telling everyone to use should they need repairs done to their devices.

I cannot find the words to convey how tremendously happy I am with my entire experience with uBreakiFix, ESPECIALLY this location! Long was the gentleman’s name that took care of me. He was extremely friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I feel like Long truly went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and help me understand what had to be done to replace parts and reassemble my daughter’s broken iPad. I’ll admit, I was cringing as I walked into the store with thoughts of how much the repairs would cost me. I already had accepted the fact that I would be at their mercy and would be forced to pay whatever inflated cost they presented me when done. After a brief inspection, Long told me up front what the price would be when complete. Much to my surprise, his amount was about 30% less than what was quoted by the “competition” just a couple of miles further south and east of here. :) The competitor also prepared me to be ready to pay more than what was estimated “after they got into the iPad”. To put it short and sweet, I’ll use Long and uBreakiFix exclusively from here on out. I’m already planning to take my wife’s cracked iPhone to them shortly. Hands down, the best in town!

It all depends. My phone screen was cracked and I payed $100 dollars and it looked like it came straight from the factory. They do excellent work.
I brought my phone there to be fixed and they did an awesome job. My screen was shattered. They take the phone apart and from what I understand they put new gaskets they put a new little button on your home button. Put new gaskets through the whole phone they replace the battery. My phone look like brand new when I picked it up. This all happen on one day pickup. As far as the back goes,you have to call them up. There on Highway 49 by Planet Fitness. Good luck

Submerge the entire device in 91% isopropyl alcohol for 1 minute. Take it out and put a fan on it at least overnight, a full 24 hours would be better. Do NOT try to power on the device at any time before the entire process is finished.

I would say ask them can they check/ test it for you before you spend the money on another battery. And also check your settings to make sure you don't have a lot of stuff running in the background. That can also drain your battery
