There is a great variety of classes and activities to chose from. In particular the aqua excise classes. The only negative is the majority of classes are before 1:00 pm M-F. If evening or late afternoon classes were the focus, the Y would be perfect.

Really nice swimming pool. Nice pool hours except Fridays. I wish they had the towel service again.

Enjoy your workout while your child has fun in a safe environment! Child care for kids ages 6 weeks to 12 years is available for up to 2 hours while you work out. It's free for those with family memberships, and just $2 per child per hour for everyone else.
The water alittle chilly for joints etc you to get moving to become ok with the cold
It's 6 foot in the big pool and the kiddie pools deepest spot is 3 foot
IDK...its been down a while since the full pool shut down
Yes they do, and the hot tub when you move around hits different spots on your body. It is wonderful
Day passes are $12 for an individual adult, $6 per youth 12 and under, and $17 for a family.
7.5 laps in the Center Lane per mile
I believe until Noon.
Yes, the Y has very nice shower facilities!
I only know I've heard a couple of the elders that swim in the morning saying the water in the pool was a little cold , but in the times I used the pool in the past it seemed to be a moderate temperature it could at times just take a few minutes to adjust your body temperature with that of the water in the pool at first getting in but after that I think you'll be fine.
Not that I'm aware of. There are public courts at Gillenwaters near Kickapoo High School and at the Battlefield City Park, though.
I believe I was told it was a quarter of a mile
No they are not closing

As in teaching you how to babysit? No they don't if that's your question
Most likely
I don't know that it has a nice round number. Somewhere between those 2 I think. Maybe 600 meters?
Not unless you are with a member. Members can bring the same person twice as a guest. They also offer tours between 730 am and 8 pm.
You need to call them to get their complete schedule of all they do, I strictly stay in the pool area and all they offer...great place give them a call
This is a public forum and not the Y. Memberships vary. Single, family. Family with kids, Silver Sneakers over 65. You should call them direct. Have you Googled the Y?
It is unless they are cleaning it or lighting outside. Check website for swimming hours as they have classes, and things the do.
All gyms usually have monthly options & this Y is no exception. Specific numbers date this answer. The daily fees can be high for individuals & couples. You can do a guest pass to evaluate.
Yes, my daughter takes my granddaughter there and she has excelled. She is 5.
Best to ask them. I don't know.
The soccer fields north of the building could be used for walking.
Yes! Provide the phone number of your local ymca and the will call to verify and you are good!
