There are three hour floats, if you want more than three hours, I'm not sure they offer it but that would be a very long float and at that point the benefits might not continue

For floating, you're in a private tank in a private room, so you're naked. For the sauna, again, private room, private sauna, naked (if you go from the sauna to floating you're provided a robe). Not sure about massages but usually you just wear underwear or a towel.

Hi there! We use Dr. Bronner's 18-in-1 Hemp Lavender Soap, Pure Castile Soap. We buy ours bulk but I've seen it available in a lot of retail stores in smaller quantities as well.

90-minute floats are $69 and 60-minute are $59. I would definitely take advantage of an intro pack, buy 2 get 1 free. It takes a couple times to get the full effects.

We follow similar health department regulations for public pools and spas. Between each person, water is passed through a series of filters three times, and we also schedule filtration overnight. Our filtration process includes mechanical and UV steps, and we use a dilute solution of hydrogen peroxide.
