very rude service. this is supposed to be a place where you can go to ask for help. the lady that works at the desk in this office is extremely rude and does not want to help people. she told me that this company is not a “charity”. unless you want to get treated like garbage i suggest going to joplin economic security, as the lady there is 100000x nicer and all around more helpful then this office was.

The lady that works there named Sally is very rood and treats people awfully and doesn't know her laws in Neosho Mo. No one deserves to be treated like they dont know what they're talking about let alone when they're there to get help on utilities come on be respectful not rood cause you want to be or chose to be or having a bad day fr.
