This post office is a joke!!! You call their phone number and all you get is a busy signal. I was suppose to receive a package today (they usually leave it on the porch) and it tells me that it was delivered and handed to someone. I was still at work with no one home!!!! They should be held responsible for this kind of service!!!! If I can have my packages delivered any other way I will from now on.

I was supposed to receive packages today 11-3-18 got an email that said “no access available” while sitting in my living room!!! I immediately call the post office and was told they would contact the mail carrier and I would get my items....WELL GUESS WHAT YOUR RIGHT I DID NOT and they will be gettin a call Monday morning... Always having problems receiving mail..

My postal carrier routinely refuses to leave my mail citing Im not home, no secure location, etc. Even when I am home and see her
It's the holidays. Sometimes they are out at 7 pm. Especially on mondays mail will be late. They have 2 full days of mail to run because they dont deliver mail on sundays.That doesn't include all the other packages as well. The only time they deliver on sundays is the end of Nov and all of dec. They are contracted with amazon and only run amazon packages on Sunday.
That happened to me twice but I waited and it was delivered the next day. I also had 2 Christmas packages stolen from me last year that the mail carrier left at my door. Go to the Neosho post office if this is where you live and talk to Jerry he's like the head guy. There are 2 Jerry's there. Good Luck! The stolen packages I had to fill out a police report but I got no satisfaction from the post office. For a few months I made them knock on my door to deliver a package and if I wasn't home I made them take it back to the post office where I would pick it up myself.

They are fully staffed and very efficient. The trouble is probably with the K.C. terminal. I have had several packages lost or destroyed at the KC Ks. Terminal.
