I was getting a package today it said deliverd to front porch but a recived no package who do i contact for this and not the 1800 number for neosho

That happened to me twice but I waited and it was delivered the next day. I also had 2 Christmas packages stolen from me last year that the mail carrier left at my door. Go to the Neosho post office if this is where you live and talk to Jerry he's like the head guy. There are 2 Jerry's there. Good Luck! The stolen packages I had to fill out a police report but I got no satisfaction from the post office. For a few months I made them knock on my door to deliver a package and if I wasn't home I made them take it back to the post office where I would pick it up myself.
