Awful management, stay away. They advertise that they are “family friendly” yet restrict the amount of parking passes to one per apartment. Not to mention, their reasoning is that there are “379” parking spots within the immediate vicinity even though there are either time-limited to 4 hours or metered. Second issue is with their reliability. Elevators are broken monthly, wifi down every time there is a minor storm, and interior walls that could be stripped completely with painters tape. Save yourself the money and move somewhere else, especially to a place where management actually cares about their tenants.

Staff is great. All of them are ready to help! Phase one amenities are in good shape even after 2 + years. Gym and communal hangout lounge. Phase 3 is adding a pool, aqua lounge, sky lounge and more. Location is close to Kenwood mall and highway. Will update this after I'm here longer. I've only lived here 2 weeks.

While I do have to admit that it was a major bummer when Christina called me to say that my move in date would be delayed, but they delivered fully on this apartment. Beautiful from head to toe. The staff here are simply wonderful people and that’s what makes an apartment community thrive. Shout out to the Christina’s, Julia, And Tracy. They have all made moving in a smooth transition and have answered all of my annoying questions. Shout out to Chad for making sure all of my appliances were working correctly. Shout out to the workers who are finishing up the building and who are completely respectful and pleasant when you interact with them. Great staff, great amenities, great location, great appliances, and great neighbors…what else more do you need?!?!?

All of the staff and residents are super friendly, complex is pretty close to things to do/shopping, and has lots of amenities.
