6 years and with a signed lease the owner can evict you with no cause it in contract ..taking it to a higher court as we speak...slum Lord and management can't take your rent money due to past criminal record yet has keys to your place...caught her entering home without notice..

ONLY GIVING ONE STAR BECAUSE I CAN’T GIVE ZERO!!!! Very poor management!!! As soon as they get your money that’s all they care about I’ve lived here for about 4 months and this place is crawling with roaches and who knows what other bugs ! I did clean the hallways for two months but that came to an end when Indira decided she didn’t want to reimburse the right amount we agreed on ! I am in the process of trying to leave this lease and still get my money back !!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE OF PERSONAL AND MORAL HYGIENE!!!!
