I really appreciate the new management and all that Danielle and Bill are doing for the complex. It really makes me enjoy living here more to see how much care and time is being put in to make this a great place to live. They are working on upgrades and actually care for the property and grounds.

I have been living here for 3 yrs and nobody have ever. Like literally ever fixed anything in my apartment. Rent continue to raise but your confused as to why because I haven’t seen a update in forever. The new landlord will never talk or call you. He will play letter wars with you forever without ever returning a phone call. They never tell you if a package is delivered. And rules are different between tenants. This guy is allowed to do this but this guy isn’t. Good luck
