My car was towed and it was fine when it was towed there a few weeks ago and when we picked it back up we barely made it home because it was over heated and all the radiator fluid had leaked out due to the guy who towed it hooking up the cables up lousy and damaging my radiator. He also didn't know how to use my key fob and broke my ignition that was perfect when it left to be towed! We have been out a fortune just from these 2 towing damages from Marcella. And I thought it was very unprofessional that the tow truck driver had his girlfriend with him while towing my vehicle, she looked pretty young and me & my husband were not happy about the added crew member that should not have been around our car or belongings inside it! We knew they would deny any damages which I can prove bc I had just had it looked at by a mechanic, who is also a tow truck driver the day before to have my fluids topped off.....was perfect then, no issues, was still great when I stopped my vehicle, wasn't right upon retrieving it from Marcella lot! Going to look into what I can do to be refunded all fees for damages I've already paid to repair and the worst damage they he did to my car that I have not been able to have repaired yet! You can't destroy pls cars and expect them to not come after your company for DAMAGES YOU CAUSED!!!!!!!! This was a complete nightmare & my vehicle is still not running since getting it back from Marcella, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I believe these damages were done intentionally, a professional trained experienced tow truck driver would have NEVER been able to accidentally done this type of damages! The guy acted strange when my husband was getting the car from him that day & now we no why!!!!!!!
