I attended this practice for over 3 years then couldn’t get in touch with them to schedule blood work for the maxed out dosage of trileptal. No return phone calls. Once they get you admitted and the bills paid they move on. I thought a lot of this company and my rehabilitation until I came off cold turkey and still stayed sober but wouldn’t recommend them.

the services i received in themselves (therapists, nurse practitioners, etc) were the only good experience i have had with this facility. i stopped going here in march of this year and i am STILL getting a confusing runaround from the billing department. i had to call for (no exaggeration) 4 months nonstop in order to try and get my services billed through my insurance even though i submitted my insurance info when i first began treatment. i was then told via phone that my balance was significantly lowered due to my insurance, then later told that “was incorrect” and i actually owed over $1,000 more than what i was told. i have been making my payments on time for 6 months now and my billing statement still reflects that i have only made one payment. this whole experience has been a nightmare.

I came here seeking treatment for ADHD after several bad experiences at other practices, and oh my god I wish I just started here!! Everyone who works here is extremely kind and considerate, from the front desk people to the providers, and they genuinely care about your well-being. I saw Dr. Linda, and she is the realest psychiatrist I’ve ever been with (and I’ve been with quite a few). If you need help, go here—you won’t regret it.

Modern psychiatry and Wellness is a joke of recovery. They put you through Genesis billing your insurance every step of the way. At the end of that they dump you in a phase 4 sober living house and continue to bill insurance while you still attend endless IOP threatening to throw you out of sober living. Not to mention they try to over ride you personal Doctor with a nurse practitioner. So be a apart of a solution instead of a added problem. Help a person reach a goal. Don't say your doing that when your not.
