Frustrating I have a ticket due September 16 but when I called them they tell me that they don’t have it so I have a warrant out for my arrest on the 16th if I don’t pay it but you guys don’t have a way for me to pay it ????

I would imagine you've gotta go see the judge. Usually Fridays, in the back courtroom. You could also just try going to the window and paying there.

Not SSI. But it could be possible if SSD is being drawn. Child Support garnished a relatives SSD. But no one can touch SSI.

Go to hamiltonmunicipalcourt.org and click on case search and type in your info and then click on your case number and it will bring up all the info on that case including the docket. Your next court date is there too.

Look locally and read reviews, talk to a few differant Attorneys and go with your gut. Most criminal attorneys work in both the Municipal and Common Pleas court.
