This office needs serious reorganizing. Today was the SECOND time they canceled my appointment ( after waiting 2 months!) because they claim there was no authorization which was not true, then they claim they couldn't call me to tell me this time because they did not have my phone number on file🤯....I have been coming to that office for 5 years and now they claim i never gave them a phone #. All lies to cover for their incompetence. Really getting sick off the dropped balls by this office staff. Doctors are fantastic, that is why I stayed, but they need to restructure the front office desperately.

After a slow start at the checkin desk the Tech was efficient, friendly and obviously well-qualified. The Obstetrician Dr Dang listened well and answered my questions and concerns very well.

Do not go here. They removed one cateract from my disabled Mom's eye and refused to do the other eye. They told my Mom they don't like working with schizophrenic patients and left her with one eye. My Mom is the sweetest, kindest patient but the doctor and this office hate disabled and elderly folks. Never let anyone you care about go to this doctor. The doctor made her cry with his cruel words mocking her disability.

I need something slot sooner than that IAM a level. 7 & not too many alive level 7 alive might not be alive in Nov. Plz try get me in sooner( with City of Hope I'll come anytime servere headache sucks seeing stuff trip triple thankz).
