this bank's wait times are horrible. I'm forced to go there once a month. It usually takes 20+ minutes to drop a check off. It's worse then the DMV. I'd hate if I was forced to rely on them for something.

Words can't express the amazing service I received from this branch. I was traveling had an issue and just stopped in the bank and the staff went over and beyond to help me truly Guardian Angels. I will for ever be grateful to have meet such amazing people.

I had a great experience here! I had gone to the branch in Pace, only to find it closed. This branch in Pensacola was the next closest. I wasn’t happy to make a 30 min drive, but whatever. Banking had to be done. The staff was super friendly, helpful and did not rush me at all. Yes, I hd to go inside, BUT they have a bathroom, so get two things done at once while you’re out running errands.

11 people in line on this bright Saturday morning. A total of 2 tellers. There's no drive thru service window even tho there's 8 lanes outside. 5 other employees in the building but none working to reduce the line. You'd think they'd be productive in the 3 hours they are open today. Good thing im just visiting- not a member of this bank!! Oh and they don't accept cash!! What a joke! Better not bring your money to the bank guys. If you're paying rent where your landlord holds an account here make sure to have a money order.
