Prescriptions are never (no exaggeration) ready on time, even with days to a week advance notice, and they do not call/notify you if a prescription cannot be filled or is not ready on time. They also falsely promise the insurance will cover a prescription if the prescription is filled at a later date, but then is not ready on that later date and not covered at all. A few of the staff members are always quite rude and obviously overwhelmed, sometimes raising their voices with customers. We will be taking business elsewhere. "Short staff" should not equal poor customer service.
