I was told that my in-cabin filter needed to be replaced. I mentioned that I work done already. However, they clearly didn't look to see if the filter actually needed to be replaced. I ended up taking it back to who replaced it, and had them double-check (I witnessed them checking), only to find a brand new filter. It cost me additional time and money just to have them look. This was clearly an upsell for something that didn't need to be done. I'm pretty frustrated and will not trust any recommendation from your team again.

Feb 2021- bought a 2021 Nissan Sentra with 12 miles on it. It broke down and they had to lemon Law it before 1000 miles were on it. May 2021 - they finally gave me a new Sentra. October 2022- I take this new one in bc it’s sounding clunky and the steering wheel is loose. I’ve tried to get ahold of someone in the service department for 3 days! And they still haven’t returned my call!! They don’t have a loaner but I can’t miss work and shouldn’t have to pay $30 each way to work. Then I’m informed (not by my service technician ) it’s my rack and pinion 😡 Of course they don’t have the parts to fix it and it’s going to take awhile to get them in and fix it. this shouldn’t be happening until 100,000+ miles anyway! My car has 18,xxx miles on it!! I’m so sick of this place and definitely won’t be recommending them to anyone in the future. Horrible cars, horrible communication.
