This Company hit my Sister’s car in Amelia and instead of the owner taking care of the situation he dodged my sister’s calls and when She finally got a hold of him he told her she had the wrong number so she called from a different number acting like a customer he of course answered and the call “dropped”. She was than sent to a full voicemail. My sister has a disability and they won’t take accountability for their mistakes. She hasn’t been able to drive her car in weeks. Anyhow just a heads up do not use this company.

Meeting the owner was pleasant and was looking forward to the services we discussed but it was one phone call after another with minimal results after that. Was hired to mow and trim my sister's yard while she recuperated from a long illness plus a clean up of her flower beds and taking down a large tree . They did a good job with the tree removal but never did the clean up job but charged me anyways. The trim work on the mowing job was unsatisfactory. When I called multiple times to let them know of the problems, I was given the runaround by the office personnel. I actually had to end up filing a dispute of charges on my credit card for the clean up job because they would not give me credit for the job they DID NOT do. Looking at the high ratings they've received, it's difficult to understand why they weren't willing to take the time to handle this situation in a more timely and professional manner.

For a somewhat small nursery, Plant World had a pretty good inventory. We were looking for begonias, and they only had the small variety. We got several hearty perennials, and by the time we got everything we needed to finish our landscaping job, Wifey said it wasn't as much as she thought it would be. So we got beautiful plants, great service, and great value. And we had the privilege of overtipping an ambitious young helper named Nicholas. Have him carry your plants out to your vehicle for you. His smile makes it worth it.
