Worst place ever. Not just the location but spectrum as a company. If there's ever a problem, there never ANY resolution, just a bunch of apologies. I've never had such a problem trying to give a company money just to pay a phone bill.

Thats a really strange situation you have. However, ive had somewhat similar issues. Do not mistake this for actual tech support, but merely a suggestion based on my own similar issues in the past; Your router might be the peoblem, not the internet. Especially if its happening with any provider youve tried. If the router runs all day it might be over heating. So try getting canned air and sprayi g the vents or simply get a new one. Sometimes routers just die on us. Hope this helps!

Not that you’re going to be using them anytime soon again but you can request for a package to be sent to you so you can send your stuff into.
I have always had good customer service with them.
They do not throttle speeds. You may have an issue with your service lines. By law they cannot throttle speeds until 2025 if I remember correctly. It was part of their agreement with the FCC when Charter purchased Time Warner and Brighthouse networks.

I wanted too make sure I understood your question. Were you asking if Spectrum is still in Dayton. If that was your question, your answer is Yes, it is still in Dayton. If you want to go inside too speak to someone in person, go too the building at the address I went to.

They have an inbound call que which funnels calls in to associates as they become available. This process can sometimes take a few minutes and will take longer to connect to someone the busier they are. Its not uncommon to have to wait on the line for several minutes but you should definitely be able to connect.
Unless it's changed, no. They have a ticket system when you go in and a board indicating your place in line. With my experiences they are very slow if there's any amount of people in line. You'll want to take your time and maybe grab a coffee beforehand :).
Call customer service to upgrade - they can ship for free. I wouldn't go into the store they will try to upsell you and waits are ridiculous from my experience.
Sprectrums router/wifi has software problems. It's better to buy your own! Then you do not have to pay $5 mthly charge.
We should really choose another local cable company. Oh wait, we cannot because of corrupt local politician throughout the USA
