Thats a really strange situation you have. However, ive had somewhat similar issues. Do not mistake this for actual tech support, but merely a suggestion based on my own similar issues in the past; Your router might be the peoblem, not the internet. Especially if its happening with any provider youve tried. If the router runs all day it might be over heating. So try getting canned air and sprayi g the vents or simply get a new one. Sometimes routers just die on us. Hope this helps!
I had this problem for a year. tech support kept coming out, trying to figure out what the issue was. the main issue was that my internet kept flickering in and out my modem would automatically reboot itself every once in awhile and we just couldn't figure it out. finally a technician came out they said let's hook up a tester that test for issues in the line. They hooked up the tester at my line coming in the house and hooked a tester at the nearest main box to see if there's some kind of disconnection problem. there wasn't any and then they did the same thing from my house to the end of the street which was the end of the cable line. they ran the test and found a breakage where squirrels had chewed through the cable line and it was causing intermediate disconnection. they replaced the cable line and I had no problems ever since.
While the backbone of the internet can carry an enormous amount of data, the amount of data that reaches your house has a limit. This "final mile" is shared by you and your neighbors. At night, when dinner is over, people start streaming Netflix, Hulu, etc. All of this usage will impact your download speed.
Because they have technicians actively working to fix issues in the outside plant at night so as to not disrupt services during heavy usage hours in the day time.
What is the direct line to your store?
Mine is always on, sounds like you have a internal problem
