I wish that I could rate the therapy teams and the billing component of Ivy Rehab separately. We were pleased with the therapy that our son received through this facility over the last couple of years. However, I have been incredibly disappointed in the billing portion of this facility. There is a disconnect between the front desk staff and the billing department, and no one in the office could ever tell me how much money I owed for my son's visits. I was billed $10.87 visit after visit and was told this was my co-pay. Well, I have a high deductible insurance plan, so there isn't really a co-pay. All that meant was that there was a big balance building up somewhere, and when the billing company changed from whatever it was before to "Ivy Rehab", I was never even given contact information for how to reach someone who could tell me my balance. I called multiple times and would have to ask what my balance was so that I could pay it, and I was never sent a paper billing statement until several months after my son's last visit. When the itemized bill that I requested didn't make sense to me, I called a total of four times to try and gain insight and further information but all I got was an email of the same itemized bill and another document which was difficult to interpret. I called to speak with a supervisor yesterday, and I have not received a call back as promised, and I doubt that I will. This billing process has been difficult, frustrating, and very disappointing.

Our therapist Rebecca is amazing! I’ve seen so much growth and happiness on my sons face. The therapist before her was great too.

ABC will send you a welcome letter with your benefits before your first appointment. We suggest you also call your insurance to confirm your coverage.
Unfortunately no. School evaluations are not medical evaluation and can not be used to bill insurance. However, the information may be useful for the therapist during treatment!
Yes! Depending on the day our therapists offer appointments until 6:30pm!
Yes! Most medical evaluations are good for a year! We can accept evaluations from other facilities! We would need a copy of the evaluation before we schedule to insure billing and scheduling parameters are correct.
I only had to wait about a week for referrals to go through and was able to make an appointment to start the day it came through.
