DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, GAS, MONEY OR ENERGY. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN! This place is a joke and it causes more frustration than anything. It’s urgent care for a reason and like my job, you are at work until closing time. I am done even attempting to come here, not that they care. It used to be great a few years ago and anymore it seems like patients are a bother, none of the employees want to work, and just like you, we have full time jobs and are tired as well so thank you for wasting my time. But the childrens urgent care called kids express across the street is wonderful and everyone is so friendly and even being close to closing time, they were so kind and didn’t make us feel bad for being there. So NEVER coming here again! ✌️

Very disappointing visit. My teenage son has a very red, very sore throat. The nurse-practitioner (NOT a doctor or even a PA) looked in his mouth for half a second and said, "Yeah, it's red." I asked for a prescription for an antibiotic, which would undisputedly speed his recovery and make him feel better, and she said, "No, sorry. Come back next week if he's still sick." No diagnosis or medical care whatsoever. I asked for a refund for the medical care I paid for and expected, but obviously didn't get one. She was nasty and when I asked the secretary for the contact information for the owner or manager, she (the nurse) got more nasty and asked me to leave. This place is a scam.

Definitely the best urgent care in West Chester. Front desk team is super friendly. It was easy to check in. Once I got back, the rooms were clean. The NP was friendly and helpful. She listened to what I had to say and helped me right away. It was definitely a quick and efficient way to get better for a non emergent illness without going to the ER.
