I'd look else where. Units need updated. Our door doesn't close right unless you do it pretty hard, earlier this month we got a notice about inspections of the outside of units and to remove window ac units. Pretty sure if our ac's were working right, we wouldn't need them! Plus there is a wait list to get them fixed! Sorry that I value my baby not being overheated vs the outer appearance.

These apartments have a lousy service and apart from the crane they lift the cars even though they have a sticker, they are not recommended

Anyone live there years 1998/2001? I was like 10 or 11 at the time.This was the best memories of my childhood I loved it there. They were very nice then cant tell you now lol.

Yes. I moved out of there when it went way downhill in 2016. If you want scrubby neighbors who play loud music until 2am on a school night, sell drugs, and stand in the street daring you to drive past then this is the place for you.

If anything breaks down, you have to call 5-6 times before maintenance is even notified. The property manager is rude and a racist, every notice is a threat. The rent is way too high for what little service we get. And, we have had multiple shootings, as well as a SWAT hostage standoff earlier this year, that resulted in a death by gunfire at 1:00 a.m. No, this place sucks ... I will get out as soon as I possibly can.
