This place I have to shake my head at. They are needing drivers and the region starts In owensville and we live 25 minutes away and this company will not let my boyfriend drive regionally because he don’t live in owensville kentucky. I have never in my life seen such stupidity when it comes to businesses not allowing a person to drive for them because of where they live. Now he can drive otr but not regionally. Totally stupid.

Maybe have your drivers not drop trailers and park tractors in front of the other businesses loading docks? I’m a day cab driver and I frequent this location for Flower's Bakery Nature’s Own and I have to wrestle around the trailers or move them out of the way myself or knock on doors of drivers sleeping in trucks.. simple fix send out a fleet message about not dropping trailers along fence in front of the bakery warehouse and problems solved.. Sorry for the one star but this keeps happening daily and no answers from corporate or anything happening with this problem..

Questions & Answers

Can I still obtain a potion with the company if I graduated from a truck driving school but wasn't able to pass the state test due to my cdl temps expiring during the covit pandemic?

Yes. There are tons of non-driver positions. And if you want to move into a driver position later down the road it could happen. But the sad part is that most, if not all, of the non driver positions are at our terminals spread out across the US.

How much does the company pays per miles over the Road?

It depends. When i was new with zero solo miles they started me at .37 cents They give raises depending on performance every 90 days (typically +1 to 4 additional cents/mile & i never heard a driver getting no raise unless they crash the truck or took LOTS time off - i take 4 days one or 2x/ month and they never complain, always give me raise & lots miles to run). If you're thinking about it, try it. It's a great company. Also tell them i sent u & maybe i get a bonus 😉 Seriously, big company resources, small company culture. They'll do u right. Just tell them what u need.
