This is the worse purchase I have ever made. 2 belts got burned in half and it is not easy to switch out the parts. I tried to return it after a week and I was told I couldn't return it. My Hoover shampooer worked so much better. I'm about to throw this in the trash and buy another Hoover.

Does Dayton Vacuum sell refurbished models? Or are they just in the fix-it business? If so, what is a ballpark low to high end spectrum for what a used vacuum might cost? (And does a warranty come with such a refurbished vacuum?)

I have a Dyson DC50 vacuum and the brush will not spin anymore. I have cleaned all the filters and checked for clogs in machine. It has good suction but like I said the brush will not spin. The brush turns easy by hand.

There really good they can help you!! They have all types and I have a European vacuum and they found a vacuum bag for that one as well as for my Hoover. Call and speak to mr. Dan he's really good. And tell him Wanda sent you!
