I bought my van In 2013… audio Concepts installed an auto start feature on my van…I lost my key fob about six months ago…In the last six months I’ve called Audio Concepts at least 20 times and I’ve gotten an answering service… nobody at Audio Concepts has ever called me back… sorry, I can’t recommend them to anyone because in my mind they don’t take care of their customers and there’s no service after the sale.
