The staff is so welcoming and friendly. I attended a boxing and spin class at this location. Both classes were just what you would expect, challenging and fun. Love that this is a smaller gym, but they have all the equipment you need to get a good workout.

In the middle of prep for a shoe driving through....Hour long slow down on 20...caught a quick quad pump and knocked out a little cardio. I love the older equipment and machines. Top notch.

They are running a special for 35 by the 31st. I didn't join though
