Ms, Anita Carter I am sorry that you feel this way about me and my center but I don't ever remember having a conversation with you about your granddaughter but I have had many with your daughter so let me clear things up. as for the covid issues the state had set very strict guidelines on how we handle covid cases and you are correct we have had very little issues with Covid because we have followed those guidelines as well as sanitizing the center. the guidelines were if a child or teacher tested positive for Covid we were required to quarantine that classroom for the time set by the health dept. This was for your child and others safety. as for my teachers all of my lead teachers are certified and well trained but there are times when we have a child that is more than we can handle. your grandchild had severe behavioral issues. we do not suspend or expel a child for throwing a toy or unruly behavior unless that Child is putting other children at risk and in your granddaughters case she was throwing toys at other children as well as my teachers, she also hit my teacher on a number of occasions, these issues were discussed with your daughter on a number of occasions. As a quality rated center by the state we are limited as to what type of displine we can administer, at our center we are required to redirect and explain to the child why we are redirecting them we are not even allowed to say stop or no, we expect our parents to help with these issues and myself and my director had met with your daughter a number of times before we expelled your granddaughter. she attended my center more than two years she was like family to us but her behavior had escalated and we had given her every chance possible and couldn't risk her hurting another child. as for my holiday closings we are closed every major holiday as other centers and yes I do close on the day my wife ( Misty Sue ) was killed in rememberance of her and to spend that day with my children. we do not close for bad weather unless we have no power then we are required to close, we can"t operate without power. we also give a copy of our closings in the enrolment packet when a child is enrolled. as for billing, your Granddaughters tuition was paid by the States caps program and we are not allowed to bill for the days she did not attend. I am assuming since I have never met you that your misinformation is coming from your daughter. I am willing to discuss this with you in person.

Do Not go here if you work for a living and maybe need childcare 😂! My granddaughter went there for two years or more. The name really won over my daughter. My granddaughter has thrown a toy, kicked when in trouble has some behavior issues she's barely 4 and still in the 3 emotionally somewhat... my opinion normal for some children. Just need disiplined! This is PAID daycare Not public school. THE MONEY HUNGRY OWNERS DONT GET THAT😂, I know, I was kind of surprised because I really wanted to like this place?? The teacher sends my granddaughter home every outburst she is not experienced and obviously not a parent herself, she picks it perfectly-kicks her out just enough to get paid a full week 😉 😉 you know what I mean? The owners agree with the slack immature teacher! My daughter loses days of work while this place still gets paid! And if you are a working parent that actually needs to work every day, Have a planB, just expect to find someone to keep your child EVERY HOLIDAY I MEAN ALL OF THEM PLUS JUST A HINT OF BAD WEATHER COMING THEY CLOSE WITH AN AFTERNOON NOTICE AND A SIGN ON THE DOOR. They close down if someone has Covid three days later and you again have to find a back up caregiver! They have closed my granddaughter class like six times, not once has anyone gotten Covid....& imagine that They receive FULL WEEK DAYCARE PAY! They close every year for the death anniversary of Sue, check ahead so you can plan for your back up PlanB sitter! They seem to love money without the job that goes with! They kicked my 4 yo granddaughter out on Tuesday, one day this week NO PAY! They are VERY UNDEPENDABLE , especially if you expect the daycare You Pay to be available for you Good Luck! Find a plan B in all their Lazy Paid Days. I'm happy my granddaughter has a better chance for a good start with an experienced teacher that does have experience with children I understand it's very htf!!! These people are plastic! It's really just All about the Money 💵 💰 💴 toot toot good luck 🚙 💴💰 🚘 🚗 !!!😷🤮🤢
It's Tahjanae
It’s not a bad daycare, it’s the pay I didn’t like. They do have roaches though... other than it’s alright.

My daughter has been at Misty Sues since she was two months old & is now a year and a half. As a first time parent, my husband and I (like any parent) were skeptical of any daycare because of all the horror stories you hear. But this place has been a weight lifted off of us. I know that when I drop my child off, she is always safe and happy. We love Mark, Tracey and all the teachers/staff and they treat our daughter the absolute best. I recently changed jobs and now drive an hour round trip to work with the stop at Misty Sues in the morning and I often get asked why I don’t switch her to a daycare closer to work or home. The answer is simple. I’ll never trust any other center with my baby girl. I know that she is taken care of everyday here. I’m extremely grateful to Mark and his exceptional team for taking such good care of my daughter. If you’re looking for an affordable, professional, caring and nurturing environment to have your child, this is the place for you.
