I understand store closes at 8 pm.. I asked Joey if I get In to print 3 emails.. Store closes at 8.. Less then 3 minutes is what I needed.. disappointment for sure. Loss of business over 3 emails doesn’t seem worth it, but to Joey and this location it is.

Terrible service in this branch. And on another occasion I arrived at the store, and they decided to close early. Staff were in the store but would not open the doors when all I wanted to do was drop a parcel off. Would not have been an issue if I had not arrived well before closing, but I did.

It would be nice if someone had the courtesy to update the hours on maps so people wouldn't make a trip to Staples when they are closed. 😡
