Quaint but spacious place with everything you'd need to host an event or family gathering. From plentiful kitchen ware and utensils to games for kids of all ages. 2 TVs which accommodate computer hookup for picture sharing, etc. Updated appliances, large bathroom. Would recommend!

Absolutely adorable place! The space was perfect….great location, aesthetically pleasing, awesome workstation (kitchen), and plenty of room. Joan has everything you need onsite to create a wonderful gathering.

4 hr weekend rental before 4:00 is $275 and after 4:00 on is $325, includes your basic cleaning fee, we have availability on the 14th, we are booked on 15th Seating capacity is 60-65 depending on set up, capacity is 100
4 hr weekend rate before 4:00pm is $275, so you could do 12-4. If you book after 4:00 pm it’s $325, both rates include your cleaning fee, but there are some basic check out clean up and expectations as well
