Very knowledgeable staff of mechanics. I did not have an appointment but Service Manager Chase Bennett was able to get me in, not only for my tires but also he was able to give me a alignment. I'm grateful for their knowledge and friendly service. I will certainly continue to use tire discounters for my vehicles needs.

Unfortunately the service has severely gone down in recent months! Only one person working the front desk & most everyone else is milling around in the shop area more concerned with talking to each other instead of competing the work! My appointment for an oil change was scheduled for 3pm. It was after 4:30 before they even pulled it into the garage. If you ever attempt to call them since they only have one person working the desk you are put on hold & NO ONE EVER ANSWERS! I called & like normal was put on hold & 15 minutes later I arrived @ the shop. I went in & forgot my phone in my vehicle & when I came back out to leave I WAS STILL ON HOLD!! I will NOT recommend this location again. The only reason I gave 1 star is because it wouldn’t let me post without doing so! Yes I tried to do a 1/2 star but it didn’t work.

Had appointment at 12 for 4 new tires. Dropped off my car and was told it would be ready 1-1.5 hours. Returned 2 hours later and my car was still in the same place I left it with no work done on it. Then was rudely ignored for 30 minutes by the front desk guy. Then he walked away and sat down out side and continued not to help me or the other customers in line. 4 hours later my car is done. Take it home after 770$ and notice my driver side tire is almost flat with a horrible valve stem leak!! I will not be coming back to this location, which really sucks cause I only live 5 minutes away.

Was very good, people wearing mask an employee, what I saw. Was everyone works real hard. Been noticing round no women every that I have seen works here why don't know. Looks like Very hard all day work. Oh don't forget the the harrison auto next door look like they have gone out of business, will Miss them went there for years. Oh well this is harrison. Oh why can't harrison get some real nice sit-down restaurant s. An why can't we get nice all purpose store and and why not tell the young people in Harrison that there is still a large older group that is retired and quit upping the property taxes to build schools that are not needed just because they want low-income housing like Ryan homes out there on New Haven Road that are going to overbomb the schools and means higher taxes in the future the retirees at 65 shouldn't be having to pay for property taxes for schools that's for you young people just like I paid for my kids think about that

During your vehicle's life, potholes are hit, sharp turns are taken, and brakes are slammed - all of which cause your components to wear down and your wheels to shift which can pull your car in one direction. This is natural wear and tear, and it can accelerate tire damage. An alignment will return the angles of your vehicle's wheels to the manufacturer's specifications. Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations noted in your owner’s manual. As a general rule, have your vehicle’s alignment checked every 6,000 miles or at least twice a year. Have your vehicle checked if you notice excessive or uneven tire wear, steering wheel pulls to the side, feeling of looseness or wandering, your steering wheel is not centered when car is moving straight ahead, it’s been 6,000 miles since your last alignment check, or you notice a drop in fuel economy.
