made an appointment online because i woke up feeling absolutely terrible, and i was running a little behind. my appointment was at 11:40 and normally I try and arrive 5-10 minutes early but I got there right at 11:40 (i looked at the clock). the lady who helped me at the desk/took me to the room seemed very annoyed and didn’t seem like she was really putting in much effort to take my vitals/listen to my symptoms. she went to get the actual nurse and i overheard her telling her that she “almost cancelled” my appointment because i was “2 minutes late”! i was right on time, not even 11:41. the actual nurse was also very dismissive of my symptoms and was very short with me.

I showed up with terrible throat pain and was treated very nicely by NP Jennifer and Natalie. I ended up needing a shot and having an episode of getting lightheaded/ near pass out and they made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. Even though this isn't a normal doctors office I felt really comfortable and like they cared a lot about my well being. Thank you Jennifer & Natalie

Arrived as a walk in patient at 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning. The person at the registration desk told me I wouldn't be seen until 4:30 p.m.!!! So much for a "Walk in Clinic." Apparently you MUST make an appointment to be seen at this Walk in Clinic or wait 7 LONG hours to be seen. Completely unacceptable. Come on Kroger...you can do better!

I am very disappointed with my experience and suggest not wasting your time here and going to your local urgent care, even if it costs a little more it will be worth it. I called to speak to a representative multiple times at different parts of the day and noone ever answered. Even the store can't get ahold of them. I made an appt online and even that got messed up. Another customer and I waited at the desk for a long time to be seen because the kiosk wasn't working, an employee came out, seen us waiting and left into the store without saying anything to us or notifying anyone that we were there. They need to stop advertising this as a walk-in clinic because they refused me and the customer before me and there wasn't even anyone in the waiting room.
