Nice employees at visitor center. Although a nce campground it is hilly. Mostly made for tent camping just be selective on sites for camper. Electric sites only. Potable water close by. Dump site available. We have a 30 ft and had to really level it out on the site we had. There are other sites more level. Lots of woods around. Lots of things to do. Blue Note (Harrison) is like 10 mins away. Will return

There are creeks around the park that you can play in, but no lake swimming.

I don't believe they sell bait there at the park. However I believe they do at the gas station mini marts at the exit off 74. Hope this helps.

On the nature trails it's only hiking. Bikes are only for the paved loop. But the paved loop is really pretty!

Hi Cecilia! It depends on the type of boat you're renting and for how long. Canoes are $12.50 for 1 hour; kayaks are $12.50 for 1 hour (single), $14.50 for 1 hour (tandem). Rates during peak hours may vary. It's closed now and I don't think it's coming back. It sounds like they are not sure what they are replacing it with.
