There were several times i ordered a product online for pickup that was said to be available in store and for pickup later to find out they never had in stock. I've waited days to learn they didnt have it and it's been a week I still haven't received any of my refunds on multiple items I ordered online. Over the course of my shopping experience online and in person I have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone for the online pickup and while standing inside the store, Ive had to stand and wait for a very long time before my presence is acknowledged. There have been times I had walked around the store and was not asked if I needed any help from any employees and also a time I spoke with a manager about not fulfilling my order, the manager couldnt give me any solutions to any of my problems. For those reasons I will not shop at that specific store ever again and I will advise everyone I know that is a bad place to shop because most people would act differently if they found themselves in a shopping environment such as that.
