This hotel is truly a diamond in the rough. All of staff were so polite and professional. Everything was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. They have free breakfast and the coffee and tea is available 24 hrs. The outdoor pool is very clean and there’s even a basketball goal and a little picnic area.

Positive: 2nd time we've stayed at this location. It is a safe location, clean hotel, has a well lighted parking lot and good location to stop during our 16 hour drive to FL. Negative: I thought the price was too high for the hotel. We stayed in Dec and it was $--- cheaper for a large room than what we booked this time.

Positive: Friendly staff.. Late check outs given.I loved the nautical decor.I was close to restaurants.it was quiet. I liked the selection of food in their pantry. Soda machine on all floors. I enjoyed the kitchenette and sofa. They are nice size rooms. Negative: The maids knock and open door before check out. The walkie talkies maid use should be quieter in the mornings.

Hotel is not near beaches. It is on North side of city
We learn from making mistakes and repairing them. We do not believe in perfection, we believe in mending. We make progress toward a goal, but we seldom move in a straight line toward it without missteps. Life is like a zigzag chain of events that first brings everything together just as we want and then spills it all over again. We try to do our best, but inevitably we make mistakes. So a large part of normal daily life is spent mending. When we accept imperfection as a fact of life, we make peace with the constant need for repairs. Saying I made a mistake and I owe you an apology is never fun, but when we do it we grow stronger. Every disappointment, every complaint, points to an underlying hope or wish. We can use them to point us to repairs we would like to make. We do not learn anything new from correctly repeating what we already know. We learn from making mistakes and repairing them. ;~PB
